Welcome to SkoleLog. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SkoleLog is operated by SkoleLog.

2. Services Provided

SkoleLog provides an online platform for parents to create beautiful portfolios, capture learning artifacts, and prepare for audits. Some features are provided for free, while others require a paid "Pro" subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload to your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to distribute content that violates the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments for "Pro" plans are handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkoleLog provides the service "as is" and shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any interruptions in service.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect your email address and authentication data to provide you with access to your account. We also securely store the photos and text logs you upload for your children.

2. Data Usage

We use your data solely to provide and improve the SkoleLog service. We never sell your personal data or the data of your children to third parties.

3. European Data Residency (GDPR)

To ensure the highest standard of data protection for your children, all data resides on servers located within Europe (EU). We comply with all relevant GDPR regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to help run our service, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, and Resend for email delivery.

5. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
